A forever bond between family members represented in hand forged sterling silver links.  The links represent friends, family, or relatives where there is a genuine love, trust, and care for each other.

• Two entwined hand forged sterling silver links to represent the relationship between family members.  The larger link can symbolize a mother and her children; or the bond between friends or treasured relatives.
• Links are irregular in shape with a hammered texture, approximately 10 mm & 17 mm diameter.
• Fine silver beads (99.9% silver)
• Large sterling silver clasp closure for ease of putting on.
• You will receive a bracelet similar but not exact as the one shown as each link is individually metal worked in our studio in Edmonton.

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and made to order.  

All personalized jewelry and my other jewelry pieces can take approximately 5-7 days to be made, but if in stock can be completed within 1-2 days of ordering. Please indicate if this is a rush order and I will get your order done as quickly as possible. 

Your jewelry will be packaged in a beautiful black clamshell style jewelry box and/or a micro fibre jewelry pouch with the Orange Avocado Jewelry logo embossed on both with a zip loc baggie to reduce tarnishing.   In efforts to reduce our impact on the environment you do have the option of choosing your preference for the number of boxes and jewelry pouches (0 or more).  It is recommended that you receive your order in at least the pouch to protect it from the shipping process.

In light of the Canada Post Strike we will be using UPS (Canadian shipments) & DHL (shipments to the US and Internationally) which provides a tracking number that will be emailed to you at the time of shipping.  Please note the times for custom and personalized jewelry.  Thank you for your understanding.

These two carriers take approximately 1-5 business days for shipping to locations in western Canada depending on your selection and up to 2-5 business days to locations in Eastern Canada depending on your selection.   My production times for jewelry has not been affected.

Shipping prices to the U.S. are for the “lower 48 states" and with expedited shipping taking up to 2-4 business days. Please contact me for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.  I use DHL to the USA and internationally.

Edmonton customers can choose to pick up their order at no charge from my southside Edmonton location. The address will be provided when your order is complete.

Shipping — Canada (after the item is made)

Edmonton pickup - No charge, the south side location of pickup will be provided after your purchase as it is from my home studio in Edmonton.  It is one block south of the Derrick golf & winter club. 

Edmonton shipping - UPS  (1-5 business days, depending on your seletion, with a tracking number)

Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan - UPS  (1-5 business days, depending on your selection, with a tracking number)

Manitoba, Ontario and all other Eastern Canada Provinces - UPS (2-5 business days depending on your selection, with a tracking number)

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Sorry, but I do not accept refunds.  Custom, personalized, Spark Forever Permanent jewelry and sale pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded..

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must pay for shipping costs to me and back to you.

To complete your exchange please contact me at sandra.s.paetsch@gmail.com and we can arrange an exchange of a piece of jewelry of the same or more cost of the original piece of jewelry.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Rates will vary with shipping times and distances.
